Slavka is a fusion between ancient Slavic feminine exercises and Hatha yoga. I've included Hatha yoga to enhance physical aspect of Slavka, creating fluid flows and graceful movements.
These gentle, low-impact exercises are designed to strengthen and lengthen the spine, boost energy flow, and increase blood circulation in the belly area—leading to improved digestion and an overall sense of vitality.
Beginner classes are now available, and consist of 3 classes covering 27 exercises.
